Terms & Conditions

  • Referral properties must be vetted and qualified (the owner agrees to on-board, the location is appropriate, and the property is suitable for short-term rental) and must be submitted before we contact the property owner.
  • No payment will be made if the lead was previously submitted by someone else. (Our platform automatically cross-references upon form submission.)
  • The owner must sign a minimum 6-month exclusive agreement to enlist with Coral Coast Residences.
  • Bonus applies, and is paid out in the first paying cycle after the first confirmed guest check-in
